PRESEODIGITAL

How a project actually runs.

Every project follows the same shape. You always know what is happening, what comes next and what you will receive at each stage.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the business, the customer and what the project has to achieve.

It starts with the enquiry form on this site, which turns your answers into a first draft brief. A short call follows to clear up the open questions and confirm what success looks like.

You receiveA confirmed brief and a list of open questions.

  2. 02

    Define

Agree the scope, the pages or workflows, the phases and the price.

Scope is written down in plain language: what is included, what is not, what you supply and what PRESEO supplies. Larger projects are split into phases so you can start with the most valuable part.

You receiveA written scope, timeline and quote.

  3. 03

    Design

Structure first, then the visual design, reviewed with you before build.

Page structure and key screens are designed for phone and desktop. You review real layouts, not vague mood boards, and feedback is worked in before development starts.

You receiveApproved designs for the key screens.

  4. 04

    Build

Development in usable increments with regular preview links.

The site or application is built on a preview URL you can open at any time. Content, integrations and data are wired in as the build progresses rather than at the end.

You receiveWorking software on a preview link.

  5. 05

    Test

Checked on real devices, with forms, payments and edge cases exercised.

Automated tests cover the important logic. Manual checks cover phones, tablets, keyboards and screen readers, and every form is submitted end to end.

You receiveA tested release candidate and a launch checklist.

  6. 06

    Launch and improve

Go live, hand over, then keep improving with real usage data.

Domain, hosting, analytics and monitoring are set up and documented. After launch, support is available for updates, new features and performance work.

You receiveA live product, documentation and an agreed support arrangement.

Common questions

How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. A brochure website and a custom application are different jobs, so the written scope you receive in the Define step includes a timeline for each phase. Once work starts, the client portal shows progress against that plan.
How is a project priced?
From its written scope, not from a rate card. Larger projects are split into phases with a price for each, so you can start with the part that matters most. The price is confirmed in writing before work starts and only changes if the scope does.
What do you need from us to start?
A confirmed brief, whatever content or data you already have, and someone who can review and approve work at each step. Anything you cannot supply, such as photography or copywriting, is scoped and quoted as part of the project.
How do we follow progress once work starts?
Through the client portal. Every project has a stage timeline, dated updates from the team, message threads, shared files, review and approval steps, and a payment summary with the reference to quote on transfers.
Who owns the finished work?
You do. The code and documentation are yours to keep and to hand to another developer if you ever need to. Hosting and domain accounts are set up in your name wherever possible, and the setup is documented at handover.
Do you work with clients in other time zones?
Yes. The studio works remotely with clients worldwide. Calls are scheduled across time zones, and everything agreed is written down in the portal so nothing depends on being in the same room.
